    • Orders can be cancelled anytime before the product is shipped to you, your money will be refunded in total within 30 working days on the same payment mode as used by you while placing the order.
    • You can pay the balance amount both Online or COD.
    • In case of COD order, in case you don’t pay the balance amount on delivery and return the device, there will be a cancellation fee of Rs. 300, and the balance amount will be refunded within 30 days.
    • You will no longer be entitled to return your ReTV player, unless it is defective post Pre- Order. See Warranty Service below if you need to return your ReTV player for service. This does not affect your consumer rights.
    • We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. You may also be required to install an application on the mobile/TV to aid with troubleshooting. If a defect is determined within the 10-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
    • If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to our service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
    • For products where installation is provided by ReTV’s service partners, please do not open the product packaging by yourself. ReTV authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. In this case, the replacement period commences from the date of installation.
    • Warranty: Your ReTV Player is covered by a 1-Year limited Warranty
    • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original box/packaging. 
    • Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing. 
    • Please contact our customer care at +91 7666 181 181 with your invoice number and your shipping address. We will reach out to you with the next steps within 2 working days. 

Refund Process

To initiate the refund process.

Steps are:

1. We can get the device picked up from your house. Please ensure all accessories & controls are part of the return package.

2. The device reaches our offices, and we ensure everything is in order

3. We will refund the money that you have paid while purchasing the device

4. A nominal fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted for the reverse pickup, If you choose to send it to us on your own, this will not be applicable.

5. Deduction cost for the following items in the box if damaged while returning for refund:

HDMI Cable:                    Rs. 200

Box:                                Rs. 300

Remote:                          Rs. 500

CVBS:                              Rs. 100

Power Adaptor:               Rs. 400

ReTV Scratch on Shell:   Rs. 500

6. Refund money will reflect in the account you used to make the payment within 1-3 working days.
